About Me:

• As a Certified Somatic Practitioner and a Certified Tension & Trauma Release Exercise TRE® Provider, I weave together insights from diverse disciplines such as somatic psychology, movement therapy, and holistic health practices.  I have developed a profound understanding of how our body's can hold and process experiences, emotions, and traumas in various ways. My approach combines theoretical knowledge with experiential learning, providing practical tools and techniques that promote embodied living. 

What does a session look like?

• Adult and child sessions are conducted in a supportive environment, free from judgement or expectation, allowing you to explore your body's sensations and responses at your own pace. At the beginning of each session, we will work together to encourage trust and felt safety within your body through orienting and breathing practices.  During the session, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body's signals, allowing it to guide the process.  This guided experience may include educational insights, breathwork, and mindful movement or tremoring release, all aimed at deepening your connection with your body.  

How is the length of a session?

• Individual somatic and TRE® session sessions 60-75 minutes
• Workshops and group sessions range from 1.5-2 hours

What is the cost of a session?

•  $120 for an individual session
