Early Somatic Embodiment sessions empower children to listen to and understand their body's intelligence. Fostering body awareness enhances a child's relationship with their physical and emotional needs, promoting healthy self-image. This approach unlocks their full potential, enabling them to live more grounded, whole, and present lives.
I offer an empowered approach to educating youth about their changing bodies and emotions. As a mother of two, I bring life experience, nurturing, and understanding to my approach. Whether through individual or group sessions, I also support parents by providing a deeper understanding of how they can connect with and support their child to embody their true nature.
